Assembly of the Transmission, Kick starter and Crank Shaft-
Engine assembly begins with pressing in new transmission bearings into left and right side crankcases.
2. Transmission is installed by holding it all together as shown and dropping it into position through each bearing and case housing. Be careful to not lose the two thrust washers
3. Crankshaft can then be dropped in followed by the Kick starter assembly.
4. Cases are then pressed put together by lightly tapping them together with a mallet- don’t forget two large case dowels to keep cases tight together as well as new crankcase gasket with a little silicone.
