Complete disassembly of motor and cleaning of all grime and oil deposits in parts cleaner solution

Sand blast and painting of right side clutch cover as well as cylinder.

Engine cases and cylinder head are vapor blasted for a satin silver clean factory look.

Gasket surfaces are cleaned to bare metal to ensure a good seal.

Zinc Plating of all hardware

Polishing of engine cam cover.

NOS oversize piston and rings

Cylinder head valve seat cutting

Install of New valve guides and reaming of new guides
